WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Georgia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff is working to end food insecurity for Georgia's junior enlisted military servicemembers and their families.
Sen. Ossoff is pushing to pass the Military Hunger Prevention Act of 2021, which would help ensure low-income servicemembers, who are often forced to rely on food pantries and food banks, have better access to food and nutrition.
