WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Rep. David Rouzer, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:

Congressman David Rouzer (NC-07) introduced H.R. 6046, the Rural Ferries Fairness Act, legislation to improve ferry service in North Carolina.
