On November 17, The Nature Conservancy in Maine (TNC) submitted comments to the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on the Conservation Plan submitted by Central Maine Power (CMP) affiliate NECEC Transmission LLC for the New England Clean Energy Connect (NECEC) project.
