WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- The Appalachian Regional Commission issued the following news release on Nov. 16, 2021:
The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) awarded $5.5 million to 17 projects through INvestments Supporting Partnerships In Recovery Ecosystems (INSPIRE), an initiative addressing Appalachia's substance use disorder (SUD) crisis through projects that create or expand a recovery ecosystem leading to workforce entry or re-entry.
