WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Rep. Deborah Ross, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Nov. 16, 2021:
Representatives Deborah Ross (NC-02) and Nancy Mace (SC-01) introduced the PFAS Definition Improvement Act, bipartisan legislation that would amend existing law to ensure that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) uses a definition of PFAS that is as broad and protective as others that are already in use.
