On Friday, November 12, 2021, Congressman Jody Hice (GA-10) presented the Hice Headliner Award for the month of November to Jamie Scott, Executive Director of the Sparrow's Nest in Athens. The Sparrow's Nest is a nonprofit organization that provides food, laundry and shower services, clothing distribution, social services, and computer access to impoverished members of the community.< . . .
