ATLANTA, Georgia, Nov. 11 -- Rep. Nikema Williams, D-Georgia, issued the following news release on Nov. 10, 2021:
Congresswoman Nikema Williams (GA-05)released a new report from the Joint Economic Committee that estimates 77,000 Child Tax Credit monthly tax cuts were sent to 124,000 qualifying children in Georgia's Fifth Congressional District in October. A total of $31.7 million in tax cuts went back in the pockets of hardworking Fifth District families.
