Senators James Lankford (R-OK) and Mike Braun (R-IN) today sent a letter to Vice President Kamala Harris to determine whether the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has formally submitted its November 5th rule to Congress, which is a requirement in the timeline under the Congressional Review Act process to formally disapprove of a federal rule.
