JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, Nov. 9 -- Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt issued the following news release on Nov. 8, 2021:

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and the Texas Attorney General's Office filed a motion for preliminary injunction in their lawsuit against the Biden Administration for refusing to continue construction on the Southwest border wall.
