JUNEAU, Alaska, Nov. 9 -- Gov. Mike Dunleavy, R-Alaska, issued the following news release:

On November 6, 2021, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals stayed the Biden Administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more workers. The emergency stay lifts the requirement by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration, (OSHA), that workers be vaccinated by Jan. 4 or seek weekly testing and wear face masks at work.
