HONOLULU, Hawaii, Nov. 9 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release:
Gov. David Ige announced the launch of the Hawaii ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) Savings Program, which allows eligible individuals with disabilities to save money without jeopardizing their federal or state disability benefits.
