WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Nov. 4, 2021:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced three projects totaling $1,165,965 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to support farmers and ranchers in West Virginia as well as food banks across the state.
