WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. issued the following statement after the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued their vaccine mandate for employers with more than 100 employees.
"This federal vaccine mandate is unconstitutional and I can't think of a worse decision for Joe Biden to make right now. Inflation, the labor shortage, and the vaccine mandate . . .
