WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Rep. Deborah Ross, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Nov. 2, 2021:
Congresswoman Deborah Ross (NC-02) released the following statement after the Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) announced a $1.9 million-dollar grant to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety to combat the opioid epidemic:
"Nearly every person in North Carolina has been touched in some way byop . . .
