DEVENS, Massachusetts, Nov. 2 -- MassDevelopment issued the following news release:
MassDevelopment has issued a $4,140,000 tax-exempt bond on behalf of Lake George Realty LLC, an affiliate of Accumet Engineering, Inc., which will use bond proceeds to buy a 3.1-acre parcel at 41 Lake George St. in Devens on which it will build a 39,375-square-foot manufacturing facility.
