WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee for Indigenous Peoples of the United States issued the following testimony by Peter Yucupicio, chairman of the Pascua Yaqui tribe in Tucson, Arizona, as part of an Oct. 5, 2021, virtual legislative hearing on a bill (H.R. 4881) that would direct the Secretary of the Interior to take into trust for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona certain land in Pima County, Arizona:
