WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The House Natural Resources Subcommittee for Indigenous Peoples of the United States issued the following testimony by Darryl LaCounte, director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs at the Interior Department, as part of an Oct. 5, 2021, virtual legislative hearing on two tribal-related bills.
