WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Rep. Michael Turner, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on Oct. 29, 2021:
Yesterday, Congressman Mike Turner filed an Amicus Brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the fight to restore the lost pensions of the Delphi Salaried Retirees. Sixteen other members of the House of Representatives signed onto this brief along with Senator Rob Portman (OH).
"Since 2009, I have been fighting to help restore the pension benefits to the Delphi Salari . . .
