WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, issued the following news release on Oct. 29, 2021:
Yesterday, Representative Tim Ryan and a bipartisan Congressional delegation filed an Amicus Brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the fight to restore the lost pensions of the Delphi Salaried Retirees. Fifteen other Representatives signed onto the brief along with Senator Rob Portman (OH).
