Okla. Democratic Party Agrees With Judge Blocking H.B. 1674

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Oct. 29 -- The Oklahoma Democratic Party issued the following news release:

"An Oklahoma City judge blocked HB1674 from taking effect on Monday, citing constitutional vagueness," said Alicia Andrews, Chair of the Oklahoma Democratic Party.

"The bill, the anti-freedom of speech, anti-right to peaceably assemble bill was just another endeavor by the Republicans to silence the constitutional rights of Oklahomans.
