WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 -- Sen. James M. Inhofe, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release:
This week, U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), virtually congratulated McCloud residents David and KC Koonce and their family for receiving the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute's "Angels in Adoption" award. Over the past four years, the Koonce family has adopted three children and fostered 19 children, all the while seeking to keep siblings together throughout their jo . . .
