WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 -- Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Tim Kaine, a member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, joined Senator Tina Smith (D-MN), and 14 other Senators in a letter pressing President Biden and Congressional leaders to include a $450 billion investment in both child care and universal pre-K in the Build Back Better bill, as negotiations continue.
