OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Oct. 27 -- The Oklahoma Democratic Party issued the following news release:
The Oklahoma Democratic Party is pleased with the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals decision to stay the executions for death row inmates Julius Jones and John Grant.
"After the 2014 and 2015 botched executions, recent evidence in Julius Jones' case, and a case riddled with racial discrimination, I am pleased that the 10th Circuit Court has stayed the executio . . .
