U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. sent letters to the chairs of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs (HSGAC) and Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions (HELP) renewing his request that they hold hearings on the public health and security risks posed by gain-of-function research. Senator Marshall previously requested hearings on this issue in June 202 . . .
