WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- The Senate Judiciary Committee issued the following testimony by Ex-Virginia Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli II for an Oct. 6, 2021, hearing entitled "Protecting a Precious, Almost Sacred Right: The John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act".
Cuccinelli is also chairman of the Election Transparency Initiative and ex acting deputy secretary of the Homeland Security Department.
