MONTGOMERY, Alabama, Oct. 26 -- The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs issued the following news release:
Gov. Kay Ivey has announced a $700,000 Appalachian Regional Commission grant to help upgrade public water and wastewater infrastructure in the city of Fayette.
