WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Rep. Gregory Murphy, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Oct. 22, 2021:
Rep. Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03) introduced a bipartisan resolution with Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-MA) to designate October 23, 2021 as AADC Deficiency Awareness Day. AADC Deficiency is a genetic neurologic rare disease that affects approximately 1 in 100,000 people in the United States.
