MONTPELIER, Vermont, Oct. 22 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Oct. 21, 2021:
Governor Phil Scott today announced that four municipalities have been awarded $10 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to accelerate efforts to eliminate combined sewer overflows (CSOs) in their cities and towns.
