Tuesday night, the Senate passed the State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Fiscal Recovery, Infrastructure, and Disaster Relief Flexibility Act, legislation U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) helped introduce with Senators John Cornyn (R-TX) and Alex Padilla (D-CA), among others.
