WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- Rep. Patrick T. McHenry, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Oct. 21, 2021:
The House Financial Services Committee held another hearing on the partisan housing provisions in Democrats' massive spending bill, the so-called Build Back Better Act.
At the same time, Democrats' own party leadership is considering cutting the housing provisions from the bill altogether.
