AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 22 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Christopher "Chris" Taylor as Judge of the 48th Judicial District Court in Tarrant County for a term set to expire on December 31, 2022, or until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified.
