U.S. Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Rob Portman (R-OH), and Chris Coons (D-DE) announced that their bipartisan legislation, the Otto Warmbier North Korea Censorship and Surveillance Act, was reported out of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
