WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 -- Rep. John P. Sarbanes, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Oct. 20, 2021:
Democracy Reform Task Force Chair John Sarbanes (D-Md.) issued the following statement after Senate Republicans blocked consideration of the Freedom to Vote Act (S. 2747):
