WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Oct. 19, 2021:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced a $1,460,000 loan and a $513,000 grant from the U. S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Water and Waste Disposal Program. This funding will be used to support water and waste water infrastructure projects for two public servic . . .
