TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Oct. 16 -- The Florida State Senate issued the following news release on behalf of Florida State Sen. Lori Berman, D-Delray Beach:
Legislation filed today (SB 436/HB 271) by Representative Joe Casello (D-Boynton Beach) and Senator Lori Berman (D-Delray Beach) would bring Florida in line with 44 other states, closing a large and serious loophole in Florida's DUI Laws.
