WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement:

Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has co-sponsored H.R.2926, the One Agency Act. The bill would consolidate the federal government's antitrust enforcement authority into the Department of Justice (DOJ). Currently, this authority is split between the DOJ and the Federal Trade Commission.
