Princeton alumni David Card and Joshua Angrist have been awarded the 2021 Nobel Memorial Prize in economic sciences for providing "new insights about the labor market" and showing "what conclusions about cause and effect can be drawn from natural experiments," the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has announced. The prize amount is 10 million Swedish kroner, or about $1.14 . . .
