On Thursday, Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) questioned U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Tom Vilsack about the agency's timetable for reinstating the Organic Livestock and Poultry practice rule, which was withdrawn during the Trump administration.
