McKinley (R-WV), along with Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) and Joe Manchin (D-WV), and Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) sent a letter urging the Biden Administration to allocate additional doses of Monoclonal Antibody (mAb) treatments to West Virginia, specifically the Regeneron (REGN-COV) treatment that can be administered more easily in rural non-hospital sett . . .
