WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- Rep. David Scott, D-Georgia, chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, issued the following statement regarding an Oct. 7, 2021, hearing to review the state of the livestock industry after having heard testimonies from a group of witnesses:
