U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the United States Department of Transportation's (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has awarded $739,370 to the Ohio Emergency Management Agency to aid in the development, implementation, and improvement of emergency plans for local communities and to train emergency responders to help communities . . .
