Last week, Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) honored Virginia 'Ginny' Oliver by recognizing her in the official Congressional Record. At 101 years old, Oliver, sometimes called "The Lobster Lady," is Maine's--and perhaps the world's--oldest lobster harvester.
