WASHINGTON, Oct. 4 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, issued the following statement as part of a Sept. 21, 2021, hearing on nominations for the Interior department.
The nominees are Laura Daniel-Davis to be an assistant secretary of the Interior for Land and Minerals Management; Camille C. Touton to be commissioner of Reclamation; and Bronin to be chairman of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.
