FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Oct. 1 -- Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron issued the following news release:
Attorney General Daniel Cameron joined Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost in filing a brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit urging the court to uphold a Tennessee abortion law.
The law bans abortions where a doctor has knowledge that the abortion is sought because the unborn child has Down syndrome or because of the unborn child's race or gend . . .
