U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $5,231,463 from the U.S. Department of Education for West Virginia's, colleges, universities, community colleges, and technical schools, aiming to improve retention rates and student experiences in underserved areas.
