WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky, issued the following news release on Sept. 29, 2021:
U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Congressman Hal Rogers (KY-05) announced today the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) will award $500,000 to the McKinney Water District in Lincoln County. This grant will provide funding for the installation of 65,475 linear feet of waterline and a new 300,000-gallon water storage tank.
