NEWARK, New Jersey, Sept. 29 -- Newark Board of Education issued the following news release on Sept. 28, 2021:
Today marks yet another historic day for the Newark Board of Education as Superintendent Roger Leon officially opens the doors of the Michelle Obama Elementary School, named in honor of the former First Lady.
