WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) announced that The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) awarded $54 million in federal grants to Community Mental Health Centers across Ohio.
