WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, issued the following news release on Sept. 28, 2021:
Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) and Toledo-based Unison Health announced that the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, had awarded Unison Health a $3.6 million grant to expand the availability of mental health services in Lucas County.
