Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has sponsored H.R. 5316, the No Support for Terror Act.
This bill was originally introduced by Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) and stop allocations of Special Drawing Rights at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for countries that commit genocide or sponsor terrorism.
